Great price for a brand new chassis to get my daughter's Shark vacuum up and running again. Item was exactly as described and was shipped amazingly quickly. Only problem was it was poorly packaged and cushioned and UPS mangled the box. It was open on delivery. Chassis was scraped up but survived. UPS are animals. Please pack and cushion expecting UPS will mangle your shipments. Otherwise, great eBay seller and I hope to buy from you again!
