Its brand new.
I knew I had to get new ear buds, one of my old ones cracked. I saw the kit and bought it, again only need the ear buds, but when I used my stethoscope of my next patient it was like night and day. Everything was as crisp and clear as when I first bought my Littmann 15 years ago. two thumbs up.

The diaphgram of my littman lightweight se II was stolen, yeah, as absurd as it listens it was stolen, needed a spare one, because droping 50-100 bucks on a new steto is not feasable (mine is practically new). It fit as it should, and it works great, you saved me a great ammount of stress and money. Would buy again. Beste regards.
