Good quality hardware . . . But, activation is an issue , , , and there are only two work-around's ==> 1) The SIM Card in any LTE replacement smartphone sent to you from Tracfone can simply be transferred to the ZTE Cymbal . . . 2) Any other smartphone that can achieve successful activation pertaining to a number transfer can have its SIM Card transferred to the ZTE Cymbal . . . These are the only two viable work-around's . . . The ZTE Cymbal seems to have trouble activating through the Verizon Wireless network . . . I tried for a month trying to activate the ZTE Cymbal from various location though my city with no joy . . . My backup Samsung S4 smartphone activated my number transfer in less than a minute , , , and the SIM Card works great in my ZTE Cymbal . . . Good quality hardware . . . Cons: TracFone 4G voice not good, though phone's mic is very good. So that's TF degrading the voice over IP function of 4G. Don't like TF adverts showing up in "web browser", probably only a TF feature. Dim highlighting in system menus, nowhere near as good as old 2G models. Pros: Good DAC, decent phone, removable battery, good battery life.
