    Book Review

    I was assigned this book as a text book for a class on 3D Studio Max. From my research I am pretty sure that this is one of the best books out there. Fairly straightforward in its presentation. Easy to read. Easy to find needed information. Accompanying DVD has some good stuff and the working examples really help with learning. There are times I would like more details on a topic, but book already covers ALOT of info, and it would be hard to imagine it with more pages.

    Great quick reference, better than the help file in 3D Max

    This is a very good book for quick reference and also is a good book for beginners. Very good book for gaining an overall view about what's in Max 9. This book is in my personal library. I don't regret buying this book unlike other I've bought and found them only useful for a door stop. This one is worth the money.
