Buyers Remorse... We have no control over USPS or other shipping carriers. Once we drop off the packages its out of our hands. This customer received the same coffee maker as the others did and this is the only person to complain? We list using UPC bar codes. Not a good selling experience with this person. We also communicated with him as well. We strive to please but sometimes we just can't please everyone.
