Items arrived as promised. I did have one battery go bad which also damaged a 2nd battery. I contacted HRB and they are replacing both batteries. Great customer service. I have been using HRB batteries for quite some time and they have been great batteries. This is the first time over the years that I've experienced an issue with their batteries.
