Honestly 10/10, the customer service was excellent even considering i was sceptical about it all, it was the best decision, vw wanted 470£ for apple carplay to be fitted but saved 430£! If you want it unlocked i really recommend doing it this way!!! Easy to do, easy to follow instructions and the customer service is great advice and helpful!!

Was contemplating paying someone to retrofit CarPlay for me, and was quoted a minimum of £120, but I decided to take a gamble at doing it myself. I opted for the preloaded SD card version, and less than 20 minutes later my car now has CarPlay. Genuinely impressed. Decent customer service too when I had questions prior to purchase, so would recommend. And I know if I have any issues, I’ll get a decent response.
