The item wasn’t as described… language barrier barres him from being able to properly communicate with English speakers. Informed me after shipping that the Mac had no OS, and various other issues such as battery issues and other booting problems. Was very fast to accept return but only after I argued with him. I'm sorry for what happened but in the description it was perfectly specified missing IOS to be recharged. It's an old Apple computer with locked upgrade procedures and the price showed its seniority. I didn't hesitate to accept the return, so I think the neutral feedback is an exaggeration.
