This is actually funny. Take a look at the pictures. The buyer didn't want to return the item but wanted money back. The picture shows how the buyer shoved a button under the case and wanted me to pay for him to fix. I had a remote beside me and did the same and sent him a picture to show him it was a case of him trying to get something for nothing. He was persistent and wanted money... I'm sorry... most buyer are great but I am not a pushover for freebies or abuse of the system.

I actually prefer this new version of the cream to the older one. It’s very effective, gentle and plumping. Does not bother my rosacea, and I think has helped heal my rosacea scars. I use it in lieu of Sunday Riley ICE which is awesome but a bit more emollient
