the ring was damaged upon arrival due to poor packaging and two sizes bigger than the listing stated. i am now attempting to get it resized which is more than I wanted to spend on this ring.

sorry to hear about the damaged ring. not sure if E-bay insures these items but you might want to check with your post office. I have shipped hundreds of items without a single issue with damage! Yours is the 1st. Many people would touch an item from Ohio to the West coast and without seeing it i can't imagine what happened. Andy
