        Buyer wanted a refund for this item saying it doesn't work properly. Requested the buyer to provide pictures of the model number of their battery pack they are trying it with. Pointed out to the buyer that they had the incorrect model number of battery pack and is complaining that I put a poor description of the item. Model number was clearly noted in both the title and the description in the item listing. Denied return request, so the buyer left negative feedback as retaliation.
