Item did not function as advertised , but seller did communicate with me and provided a partial refund on the item. Used portable DVD player had a battery that no longer functions but DVD player does work.

Fabric/fur quality was compromised and tore along the seam dramatically upon first try on. Money spent on item was wasted, as the coat is now unwearable. Contacted seller, and was disappointed that they did not take some responsibility. All I did was try it on once, and in the process of removing it normally (no roughness on my part) one of the seams burst open by 5” leaving a gapping hole. Disappointed customer for sure :(

I am sorry this happened; however, my description listed the age of the jacket, the fact that I had no problems with the jacket, photos of the jacket & the way it had been stored,. I followed up on the message above that I had tried the jacket on and off several times, with no issues at all. I also noted that I specify no returns on my listings because I provide accurate descriptions & photos. I don't know how it was handled, but I know it is now in a ruined condition.& it was not when I shipped
