Contacted seller said would take additional 2 weeks to get missing parts , When a customer receives defective or missing parts , you don’t make the customer wait 2 weeks additional to have the missing parts sent to them , send them a new unit and issue call tag for defective item .. that’s good customer service . Customers don’t want to wait additional time for sellers error … missing silicon stopper that stops steam from escaping out of the unit
