    CHIPPED INK USE ONLY

    You have to sign up to their HP ink club. You have to use ONLY their HP mail order ink that has a special chip in it to make it work. Once you get and use the free ink you have to pay a fee to continue to use the ink. The ink will not work in any other printer. NO OTHER INK WILL WORK IN IT. NOT EVEN THEIR OWN STORE BRAND WITHOUT A CHIP!

    Easy to use and easy to install and easy enough for anyone

    This printer was very nicely constructed. The plastic was very durable. I like the new lighting they use underneath the scanner deck. The glass was clear and sturdy. The design is very well done smooth clear clean beautiful. I also enjoyed using the machine to copy scan fax, fax scan, copy, print and print very nice prints and copies were very clear beautiful colours of the paper

    I could not get it set up to my wireless, after troubleshooting etc. The only way I can print is by using a USB cord connected directly to my laptop.

    A great printer for the price. Purchased at a discount due to opened box, and got it for half the MSRP. Love the ability to print double sided, scan using a feeder tray, and save on ink using HP's Instant Ink.
