Seller sent two very used toothbrushes and the post they made said they were new. They had toothpaste in all of the crevices. It was also sent in the original packaging with no damage to the box. One item inside was very broken. It was loud, the handle was brown, something was shaking inside of it, and the top was completely broken. I contacted the seller two weeks ago, they promised to send a replacement. 8 attempted to contact the seller and haven’t heard anything back since. Beware.

I purchased 12 new open box model 9740 trimmers.
Received:
4 new/5 used.
1 used model 7750 without kit.
1 used completely non-working model 7796.
1 used completely non-working model 9730.
Why used - there is hair inside the trimer.
When I reported, the seller replied that the trimmers were Demo and I could clean them. Made a partial refund of $10 and stopped responding to messages. Be careful.
