Mine was delivered on its side with puncture holes in the box on two sides, but there was no damage. I was powered up and had printed the test file within 30 minutes. No more sliding paper and turning wheels. I think this is a great printer for a beginner but also leaves a bit of a learning curve so you can keep this for a while.

Great machine at a great price by a great seller.
