All my candy is constantly taste tested and kept at 55 degrees. Chocolate does not expire, it has a BEST BY Date. Kept at the proper temperature and humidity chocolate will not degrade for 12 to 24 months. Heat is the enemy of chocolate. I always add a 10% bonus on all my bulk candy purchases.
