WORST experiences on eBay purchase ever. I received DEFECTIVE items 'only 1 ear playing' and surprisingly there are defect descriptions 'only 1 ear playing' on the box the same as the products have. I think this seller intentionally sells defective products without any notice on the selling page description at the beginning. They rarely respond me and did NOT refund it. Terrible experience and wasting my time for poor communication with this seller.

    Good Shave/Beware Bait & Switch

    When I want a good, close shave, I use a razor. Having said that, the Braun comes as close to a razor shave as any of the 5 or 6 electric shavers I've owned since 1952. The Braun 3010 seems very sturdy. The motor has a nice smooth sound. It's easy to clean. The caveat is that not all of the models in the 1610 series have the pop up trimmer. If you want that feature check whether the model you order has it.

    Great brand

    Braun has always made consistent quality products, with good customer support and back up. I've had them for many years. (only negative on this model so far, is that the top blade section sometimes pops off while shaving. Its a snap on type part, so maybe my shaving angle is causing this minor inconvenience.)

    Great deal

    Great deal and the separate trimmer head allows for a good view of where you are cutting . The shaver may take a couple of extra strokes compared to a 200 - 300 dollar shaver but you can get nice and close with a few extra minutes . And that's after not shaving for several days. If you shave every day this shaver will get you close in about the same time as the high dollar shavers . Just keep it clean after every use . After a rinse under the tap open the head and put a drop or 2 of dish soap inside the head and put the head back on and run the shaver under the tap . take the head off again and rinse out with water and tap the head on a paper towel or tissue ( NOT ON THE SCREEN SIDE ) and let air dry. don't rub on the screen to dry it will last longer . I don't even like using the brush ...
