Of course, in an animated world, these outlandish ideas and creatures can manifest in a truly threatening way, finding the hapless, pint-sized heroes of South Park using little more their clever schemes and potty mouths to defeat any enemy. South Park: The Stick of Truth for Xbox 360 recreates a similar situation that begins with a citywide, live-action, role-playing game where you face off against other students in casting fake spells and swinging fake swords. Your biggest mission is just to make friends. However, this make-believe game takes on a life of its own, and you and the rest of the South Park citizens find yourselves in a truly epic battle between good and evil. Written and voiced by Matt Stone and Trey Parker, the minds and talent behind the television show, South Park: The Stick of Truth is a fun and creative adventure that tosses you into some fantastic situations and provides gameplay that is just as thrilling as the dialogue is funny. The familiar humor of the TV series is seen in the types of bad guys you and rest of the South Park crew face, including crab people, underpants gnomes, and hippies. With the same creative team and voice actors as the series, South Park: The Stick of Truth is successful at adapting the unforgettable tone and humor into this different medium. The Xbox 360 game has an M rating, meaning that the content remains aimed at adults. Throughout the game, there are a number of intense battles where you have the opportunity to arm yourself to the teeth with different magical weapons and mystical armor.
