The seller shipped the lock which is two halves in a grocery store shopping bag placed in a box without any padding or stuffing. The lock was pictured on EBay in its original packaging but you could see it had been opened. The battery door cover was missing as well as the installation screws. The lock works and I had the battery cover from my previous lock & the screws from it so I contacted Cindy the seller & asked her to discount the lock. She refused. I do not recommend buying from her.

    All the screw’s holding the blower and burner were taken out loose in pakageing unit was foamed in place in box had to cut box to not damage unit unit was not perfect imperfections in appearance
