We paid and ship your envelope/pack via Priority Mail Flat Rate (2-3 days or less to FL by air). USPS messed up sorting and sent it via "Ground Parcel Select", a pathetic and inefficient new service which replaced First Class. Therefore, your parcel suffered the mistreatment of "barge and truck to truck" handling of Ground Service. We opened a USPS complaint. We apologize and thank you for being our loyal client.

    GREAT LAPTOP, GREAT PRICE.

    I was looking for a new laptop to replace my 6 year old Toshiba, the keyboard went out on it. My son found this for me. I couldn’t believe it at first. 1TB hard drive. 12 GB ram and a huge 17 inch screen. I was initially looking for an SSD hard drive, but at this price, I couldn’t pass it up. It is super fast and I love the huge display. It’s the biggest screen that I’ve ever had on a laptop. It’s very easy to view. I would definitely recommend it.

    Some things to know...

    Consider this a budget or "value" laptop. Overall it is a high quality product for that segment. My cautions are its limited upgrade potential. The 1 TB HDD has a lot of space but is sloooow. I swapped it out for a 1 TB SSD which made a huge difference. Mine also has a spot for a second NVMe/SSD but despite all of my efforts in the bios and cloning, I could not get the computer to boot from that slot. i gave up on he that project, so the NVMe/SSD I added is just storage for now. I also attempted to upgrade the RAM. Despite some varied reports, it appears 12 GB is the max on this unit. 4 GB are on the motherboard and I could not get a 16GB stick to work in the slot that is interchangable. Asus has served me well over the years and i am sure this will work out fine for my needs.
