Its just "OK", and just above "neutral". The received coin is NOT the exact coin in the photo (unless photo was edited). Mine has prominent mark under the chin, very close and parallel to chin. It also has a medium toning spot on corner next to "L" on liberty. The mark under chin was more distracting than the different mark in the coin in photo. Given the lower winning bid price, and its still grade, i'll let this go, BUT if it had bid up, i would rate "neutral", esp given no returns.

The coin sent was the coin pictured..it was the only one I have of that date and ICG grade because the it was the only 1952 in the collection...I am sorry you were disappointed in the coin which I think is a very value and you may return it and I will refund on receipt of the coin...
