These bolts are the correct size for fastening the Harbor Freight chipper/ shredder backing plate to engine. All of the original bolts broke as they were grade 5 and cheap Chinese junk. If you take your flywheel off I would replace these bolts unless you want the flywheel flying around loose at 3500 RPM.
