Useful for Those Who Use Melatonin
I use melatonin most nights and when I wake up during the night I like to use these as they're easy to take--they dissolve quickly and don't have harmful sugar but are actually good for your teeth and taste good. The 1 mg makes choosing how much you want easy. It's really helpful
The best way to take this is take one 30 minutes to 1 hour before bed time. If I want to take a nap during the day I take half of one and I wake up refreshed. It also had the great taste of strawberry.
