Some buyers had issue receiving wrong, much cheaper, DAP model. If I saw that I would likely not go for it, which would be a mistake. I got the M15s, perfectly described. It was an open box unit, but it didn't seem it was turned on. WORST experiences on eBay purchase ever.
I received DEFECTIVE items 'only 1 ear playing' and surprisingly there are defect descriptions 'only 1 ear playing' on the box the same as the products have.
I think this seller intentionally sells defective products without any notice on the selling page description at the beginning.
They rarely respond me and did NOT refund it.
Terrible experience and wasting my time for poor communication with this seller.
