All parts were in good shape with only a few small dents in the roof panels. I needed a drill and drill bits to enlarge several holes for the bolts because not all pre-drilled holes lined up. Impossible to bolt some parts together without redrilling about 20 holes. I am 76 years old and put the entire unit together in 3 days with no help at all. It looks great and a quality product.
