Seller was very quick to respond to my messages when I had questions about the item before buying. After purchasing, seller shipped to the Ebay international hub extremely quickly. Item took about 3 weeks to get from seller on the east coast of the USA to me on the west coast of Canada, which was to be expected. It was delivered slightly before the "delivered by" date that was provided when purchased so arrived in a timely fashion. Product itself is in excellent condition just as described.
