Was shipped quickly. Items were packaged well and nothing was broken. Seller listed items as new.. they were not. The instruction book arrived with spots of food stains. One container still had tiny pieces of food on the blade and in the section were it attaches to the blender. The attachment also had scratches on it from what appears to be use. Other pieces looked clean enough that they could have never been used before. Overall I'm pleased just should have been listed as partly used.
