Outstanding support from this dealer. The Hobart mixer showed up at our place in Texas as promised, but long story short there was a use. These guys arranged to have this 400 lbs mixer picked up, took it’s all the way back to Arizona, found an equivalent unit (maybe better even), shipped it to us, and all at their expense. Listing didn't show freight/shipping charge. So contacted seller if shipping is free, and seller said "yes". So bought the item. At checkout page, ebay won't allow checkout due to missing shipping/freight charge. Contacted seller 3 times to have the shipping/freight charge issue resolved/corrected so Ebay will allow for checkout. Seller never correct the issue. Bad communication on seller's part. Will not do business with this seller again!
