The screen was clearly new (no scratches at all), but the frame had some scratches all around, and there was a lot of scratching by the charger port. I bought this refurbished "Excellent," but it probably was more like "Very Good" condition. The seller shipped the phone within hours (very prompt!). FedEx took a while, but that's not the shipper's fault. Positive experience, overall.
