    Lixit is the best there is!

    I have never used any other brand of water bottle but Lixit. They are durable, and this particular one comes with a spring to hold the bottle to the crate. They also make them with a wire, but the spring gives a more stable attachment. The 5/8" spout is of a good size to allow the dog to get an ample amount of water without licking incessantly. If you fill them correctly, to the brim of the spout, and make sure there is no air in the bottle before putting on the cap, they do not leak. They are easy to remove from the crate to refill and put back in place. I highly recommend these bottles. I bought a dozen of them to put in my friends grooming shop so that they doggies always have water and there are no spills!!

    Leaked till 3rd day then worked perfectly.

    We received our bottle and put it on our dog crate. The first couple of nights at leaked and we thought we were going to have to turn it back in I shook it hoping it might reseat the bottom ball bearing against the opening but to no avail. However on the third day we noticed it had quit leaking. It is now been about a week since we received it. It has continued to not leak. Our little puppy now has his water whenever he's doing great time. Because of this I highly recommend this product simply because I think it just needed to be broken in.
