WORST experiences on eBay purchase ever. I received DEFECTIVE items 'only 1 ear playing' and surprisingly there are defect descriptions 'only 1 ear playing' on the box the same as the products have. I think this seller intentionally sells defective products without any notice on the selling page description at the beginning. They rarely respond me and did NOT refund it. Terrible experience and wasting my time for poor communication with this seller.

Contacted seller immediately after delivery that product was not NEW. Photos showed power unit untied with no protective covers. Offered partial refund which I accepted but was unsure if DAC even worked. After testing what I could, (missing USB cable as well), I replied to seller as to partial refund. Crickets! Tried again. Crickets. Hence this review. Seal on box was obviously bogus and really not sure the unit is completely functional. Buyer beware. Just needed to make things right.

    "Lightweight with great features/sound"

    Haven't gigged with it yet but love all the features. Lightweight, quick setup and love the freedom of the battery. And PLENTY loud for small to medium gatherings. Would totally consider getting a second for bigger coverage. The JBL app on my iPhone makes dialing in the sounds easy and I love that you can save your mixes for later recall.

    Useful speaker for certain situations

    I am using this speaker for DJ functions. Offers surprising volume for its size, but only enough for moderate sized venues. Mike ducking feature is passable, but only if you are using a mike while behind the speaker. Battery life is great, Bluetooth function is perfect. Setting the volume and equalization controls takes some getting used to, partly because they use lights to indicate magnitude rather than printed markings found on most speakers. Overall, portability is the main asset of this item, but the price should be lower.

    A lot of bang for the buck!

    The JBL EON ONE is amazing!! I am a bass player and I use this as my studio monitor. I can send some very low, growling bass tones through this without distortion at mid to high volume. The equalization truly is impressive. Since I am not a cell phone app kind of guy, the equalizer was a little difficult to get used to, but WOW, this little guy came alive! it was well worth the time adjusting and familiarizing myself with the app. The auxiliary input is real cool to have for integrating backtracks into the mix. In addition, the lighted knobs are very helpful in low light situations. The battery life is surprisingly long. Another real nice option is the headphone jack. You don't see too many compact PA systems with this feature. Considering it's size, weight, tone, and build ...

    Great mini PA for the money

    This is a good product. Using the app is a little tricky. You will need to practice. I also own two Bose S1s . The strength of this product is its effects. The S1 features clear sound but the effects are not great.

    Much room for improvement

    Difficult to see it in the dimly lit room, switches are located at an inconvenient place. If the speaker is placed on the angle it’s set up for there’s only one position that you can read the switches from. Also lacking many features that are present on many of the Yamaha wireless heads.
