Both amp and speakers were well packaged in heavy bubble wrap and arrived without damage. Unit sounds and functions great. Great communication by seller who refunded small amount given slight issue with shipping over holiday. Would absolutely buy from and recommend seller to anyone given my experience. A+

    The radio was in perfect condition - better than advertised - and was well packed. The shipping cost from the US to Canada was far higher than for similar sized packages from other systems such as US Audio Mart. Although this was not the vendor’s fault, it increased the purchase price by almost 50%. Apart from this, the vendor delivered a better product than advertised, which I consider a plus in terms of trustworthiness.

    Items arrived well packed and in good shape. Minor cosmetic blemish occurred one one of the two units during shipping (assumedly since it didn’t appear in any of the listing photos). Cosmetic blemish doesn’t appear to impact the intended purpose. Seller provided some guidance how to correct/repair but my attempts have been unsuccessful and I have decided to live it with vs potentially causing potential additional damage.
