The item was listed as non working however in the description itself it read that it was working when removed from service. I received it with defective buttons so I don t understand how it could have been working while in service. Another issue is that the package was inadequate using cheap 1 layer cardboard box for electronic instrument , the cardboard box was completely bent on arrival. Seller offered refund of purchase price only not the shipping costs. I don t recommend using this seller .

The item condition matched the auction description and you confirmed as such. I offered a full refund but you did not return the item. It arrived intact (the box only holds the packing material). After our many messages it seems you want both the item and your money. I do not recommend this buyer.
