Initial setup and testing resulted in a very pleasing and pleasant experience. System even works and communicates between monitor and cameras without the communications and control app in use. Clearly such an app is required if you plan to use the wireless features with a cell phone for remote access, alerts, and actions. The system is a little tempermental about off brand cameras though. Otherwise Great system.
