It took longer to install than anticipated. Directions could have been better. One of the nerf bars was slightly pinched on one end I believe during delivery. Overall the quality is very good and they look great on my x3. Fast delivery. Will buy from seller again.

Instructions were incorrect, says use template to drill and nothing provided. Wrong mounting bolts included and had to buy new set. NOT BOLT ON AT ALL. You have to drill through body panels to mount to frame. I contacted seller and they told me to get it professionally installed. I am a mechanic, and this was not at all a bolt on, the directions were a joke and incomplete and the bolts provided to join the two bars together were so small they slipped through bolt holes. NOT HAPPY at all
