Some buyers had issue receiving wrong, much cheaper, DAP model. If I saw that I would likely not go for it, which would be a mistake. I got the M15s, perfectly described. It was an open box unit, but it didn't seem it was turned on. So, my experience buying from this seller is excellent: accurate description, packed well, shipped fast, and above all great price for DAP that goes for 1k new! Thanks.

WORST experiences on eBay purchase ever.
I received DEFECTIVE items 'only 1 ear playing' and surprisingly there are defect descriptions 'only 1 ear playing' on the box the same as the products have.
I think this seller intentionally sells defective products without any notice on the selling page description at the beginning.
They rarely respond me and did NOT refund it.
Terrible experience and wasting my time for poor communication with this seller.

The item appears to be in strong condition and it was secured neatly in its original packaging. There is very little if any wear and tear, it’s just as advertised by the seller. Shipping was fast and the item arrived earlier than estimated. As an amplifier, the sound is fantastic I’d highly recommend the item and this seller.
