Received a Toughpad with a spray-painted battery (with very rough texture), including the rubber gasket. This was not mentioned in the description (and the photos) and compromises the device’s waterproof feature, essential for its intended rugged use. The seller was unhelpful in providing a solution, suggesting I should buy a new $140 battery from them.
Disappointed with the purchase as it deviates significantly from the expected refurbished condition.
