    Good unit that needs a little work

    This unit as with all Logitech products is a fine working piece of equipment, however it needs some work in the microphone response area. I use this headset on my computer for Skype internet calling, and the audio reports I receive are lacking audio quality. I also use a Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 webcam, and can switch back and forth between the web cam and the headset to check audio quality. All of the audio reports I receive on the 9000 web cam are far better than on the headset. The reports I get people say the audio is lacking fullness and sounds tinny. I know it's nothing to do with my sound card, because both the 9000 webcam and the headset are connected via a USB port and not into any audio port on the computer. I can find audio response stats. for all of the Logitech webcams, but ...

    Logitech H820e

    Headset is kind of heavy, my ears get sweaty after a while. Battery doesn't last a long time. I really don't like that the USB cable has to connected to the PC all the time. I work from home and keep moving around with my laptop so it's a pain to keep moving the base of the headset with it. Quality is good, and sound is OK.

    Amazing

    When you work as a call center type employee where you're on a headset and you can't stand the wires anymore this is the best thing ever made in my opinion. I love this product it has changed my workday into something I can enjoy untethered and the sound quality is better than a wire connection

    Comfortable and Functional

    These are very nice head phones. The pluses include: comfortable, good range, pretty nice sound, good microphone and really nice charging station. I wish they blue toothed instead of the USB/charging station connection. They are a little loose on your head as well. But all in all a good purchase for me.
