False advertising. The item description clearly stated "two sets of 6" (Department 56 trees). Only one box was delivered. While the seller responded quickly when asked, they claimed two sets of three (the item is sold as a box of six) and only offered a return. While I expected twelve trees I would then be left with zero.

A mistake was made in my listing. I apologized to my customer and offered a full refund and offered to pay shipping both ways for the return. I am not sure what more I could have done to rectify the situation. These were only $15 and I covered some of the original shipping cost. This purchase was made over a month ago and they just reached out to me. I am only human and I do make mistakes, when that happens I try my best fix the situation.
