    For some reason my item never made it out of the regional processing center and tracking said it was undeliverable and was being shipped back to seller. I contacted the seller and received a quick response from them saying they would refund my money.     Item as Described. Nice hat and good value (IMHO). Shipping was quick - but I'm in Texas also, so yours may vary. I only wish it came in a hat box. It is shipped in a plastic bag and double (thin) regular boxes not a hat box for storing it in.
