    Handset Synch

    The product was received promptly and in good condition, although it did not have a Panasonic battery, but a working battery of another brand. The accompanying instructions regarding how to link it to my present system did not work on my KX-TGA542M model. I fiddled with it for quite a while and finally discovered that the following did link/synch my new handset: On Handset go to Menu - Select up arrow to Initial Settings - Select up arrow to Register Handset - on BASE press LOCATOR for 5 seconds or so, until beep - then press Okay (or big round directional button in center) on new handset. Just a bit of adjustment to the instructions provided worked on this model.

    Great phones!

    These phones are full of useful features, have great clarity and the instructions are in English!! Perhaps even better is that they are NOT made in China. But that's just a personal political thing and doesn't always relate to quality. Anyway, the phones work extremely well, were easy to set up and were ready to go after the recommended initial charge time. Great buy on a great product.

    Awesome phones

    These phones work excellent and the clarity is beautiful with my magicjack. Has all the features that you could possibly want and more. The setup was easy too. The only thing that took a while to figure out was the volume on the handset. All you do is enter a couple numbers, push talk and then push the silver center control up or down to either turn the volume up or down. It has only 3 settings, low, medium and high. GREAT PHONES!

    happy with panasonic phone

    we bought it in addition to the one we already own. easy to use, very functional. nice features to locate phone if lost also built in answering machine works great.
