Ordered a used and refurbished computer. Expected a few dents and bruises.
Arrived with 4 inch scratch right in middle of screen. I was not expecting that.
And the keyboard that was sent was completely missing the Command Key——just an empty hole.
Computer works great but these are more than cosmetic problems in my opinion.
