I did have to contact them about an anti-theft code for a radio, but they were courteous and their customer service was excellent. I eventually solved the issue, but they were willing to accept a return or assist in the matter. Overall, it was a good experience.

Fast shipping! Just as described. I replaced my radio with this one it works perfectly!! In the description the seller did not say in order to use this in your ram you will need to call the parts dept of your local dodge dealer to get a security code for the new install. You will need the info on the back of the radio. Awesome seller TY
