Wish seller had read the conditions definitions. Do not get me wrong club is extremely nice at a great price but may get into trouble with some buyers for not being "accurate" in description. I personally do not see the need to give the seller a neutral feedback review but could see some buyer being a hard ass and doing it. Very satisfied with my purchase! It works great and the fan really isn't actually loud at all. The Xbox was wrapped in bubble wrap, but the controller was not. The box arrived in a somewhat rough state, so I was worried when I saw a crack on the controller's right grip. Turns out, you can see the crack in the pictures, but it really blends in and was easy to miss. Would've been nice to know about before, but it works just fine so I'm happy. Seller was very kind and responded quickly. Thank you!!
