Emperor Visari may be dead, but the polluted land of Helghan is still far from safe. With Sony's third entry in its exclusive first-person shooting series, players must battle new breeds of Helghast forces armed with the latest in military technology. Take control of weapons like assault rifles and missile launchers, or use deadly close-combat moves, while exploring nuclear wastelands, arctic regions, alien jungles, and even space to eliminate the Helghast once and for all. Level maps in Killzone 3 are designed to be larger than those from its predecessor, up to ten times bigger, and feature such transport options as jetpacks and land vehicles. <br><br>Class-based multiplayer battles for up to 32 players are once again included across various game types. The enhanced graphics engine also offers stereoscopic 3D support for the first time in the series. The "Helghast Edition" of Killzone 3 features the game as well as several other bonuses. Included are a Helghast helmet replica, a cloaking marksman action figure, the official soundtrack, a dynamic PS3 theme, a 100-page art book, two remastered maps from Killzone 2, and a behind-the-scenes featurette on the making of Killzone 3. Also available is a 24-hour head-start on the multiplayer game, where players can earn double experience points and receive full access to all weapons and abilities.

    Great collectible.

    I bought this along with the Killzone trilogy. I have left this sealed, but know the quality of the contents to be at least a 9/10. From the replica Hellghast helmet that serves as a holder for the artbook and game to the fugue, and all other products inside, this is one of the best limited edition packaging that I have seen. The gameplay (based on the trilogy gameplay) is quite compelling. The story is a little confusing, but good. Fluid controls. If you are looking to increase your collector's editions, or are just starting out, I recommend this if you can find it at a reasonable price.

    Love it!

    Love this collectors item. I saw it years ago but didn't get it and now i'm glad I found one. The box was a little beat up but I didn't care much the helmet and art book looked factory new and the game ran flawlessly.

    Liar and Late

    Said it was completely brand new, that wasn't the case. The box had been opened, only its contents were sealed, and by that I mean the game disc. Luckily, everything was there. Shipping was extremely long, but the price was good. Overall, barley satisfactory purchase.
