Quick shipping, but the green bow on Minnie's head was flopping forward. Upon inspection, I saw that the thread holding it up had broken. I asked the seller for $10 to have it repaired. The response was to send it back, which to be honest I didn't want to do for such a minor defect. They refused to provide the small refund to cover the repair, so I decided to repair it myself. I just think it would have been good customer service for them to provide a small refund that would cover the repair.
