    I have to say that I was really uncertain about buying an item from overseas however with the security of Buyer Protection, I gave it a go and I'm glad that I did. The VAT was already worked out by eBay. The bike arrived super quick by Royal Mail and it didn't cost me a penny extra. No customs holdups. Bike arrived undamaged, in original packaging and exactly as described. I can't recommend this company enough for purchases. Thankfully I've not experienced returns, so I can't help with that.

    Great bike. This company is genuine and good to deal with. They respond quickly and all communication was in English. Took about three weeks to arrive, remember to allow for UK customs fees, mine were £85 on a £1600 bike. Great price. Would happily use again.
