I received a mismatched pair of shoes, and when I requested a refund, the seller promised to send me a correct pair plus an additional pair as compensation if I closed the refund request. I trusted them and closed the case, but the tracking number they provided was fake and showed that the package was sent to their own address. Extremely dishonest behavior—be cautious when buying from this seller.
