Item listed is a hardcover, and that's what I wanted, so I paid extra. But the item sent to me was a softcover. Tried to contact seller but they ignored me. Not cool. Find another seller.

  • Fundamentally important book on NLP

This book is one of the foundation stones of NLP, authored by the creators and promoters of the technique. In short, Reframing is the process that -if used successfully- makes every one of us look at life differently, especially when it comes to events in our lives that were traumatic. When "reframes" his/her experience and practically overnight (in therapy years, and sometimes literally) the bad experience is shrunk to a liveble manner. If you want to study NLP, this is one book that is basic to your understanding of the therapy and is very useful in any practice even if you ar enot a therapist. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to expand his feeling of self worth and move on in life and not get stuck with the past.
